My stay in the Superior King Room was truly delightful, especially the stunning decor featuring green velvet sofas that made lounging a pleasure. The warm welcome from the management, especially from Stefano, who personally ensured every concern was swiftly addressed, made me feel at home. The spa services were sublime, with Rossella providing an unforgettable massage experience that was the highlight of my relaxation during the trip. For improvement, I felt that some reception hours could be more consistently staffed.
